With over a decade of coaching experience, Ikeya is a dynamic force committed to transforming environments and serving as an oasis of healing wherever she goes. "Win Within" is not just the name of her company, but a testament to her own journey to resilience. As a Connection and Mindset Coach, she emphasizes the revolutionary power of knowing our identity and boldly expressing it through an authentic life. “Identity and authenticity have a profound impact on how we show up in the world and relate to others.” Ikeya believes we live most victoriously when we are connected in three essential ways: to ourselves, to God, and to others. Her coaching philosophy is anchored in a holistic approach, cultivating strategy for life at the intersection of Scripture, Science, and Storytelling.

Ikeya believes that all success begins with mindset. Romans 12:2 states: “...be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” This is the blueprint for transformation- a renewed mind. As a coach, that is her goal, to help you align your mindset with the greatness that God has already placed in you. With a degree in Human Resources, People First certified, and a gift to inspire and build others, Ikeya is on a mission to help as many people as she can on her path.

Her influence transcends beyond barriers. Ikeya brings a vibrant and diverse portfolio of experience to her coaching, having worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including corporate executives, educators, medical practitioners, professional athletes, politicians, community activists, artists, entrepreneurs, faith leaders, first responders, and youth.

She also works as a mental health and wellness educator for NAMI, the largest mental health agency in America.

For each of our coaching programs we guide you through a transformative experience of self-discovery and self-accountability in 3 Phases:

• Determining Your Goal: The first step is helping you define your goal—one that is deeply aligned with your authentic self. This phase is all about gaining clarity on who you are and what you truly want to achieve. Together, we’ll explore your values, vision, passions, strengths, and deeper motivations to uncover a goal that resonates with your core. This goal will provide direction as you focus your energy toward a meaningful target.
• Disrupting Internal Interferences: Once your goal is clear, we turn our attention to disrupting the internal interferences that may be blocking your progress. These interferences often show up as limiting beliefs, self-doubt, fear, negative self-talk, cognitive biases, and even unconscious behavior patterns shaped by social conditioning. These beliefs can keep you stuck, conforming to external expectation and preventing you from fully embracing your true self. This phase is about unlearning these obstacles and breaking free from these constraints.
• Developing a Plan of Strategy: In the final phase, we focus on creating a strategy to move you forward. This involves crafting a practical, actionable plan to replace outdated thinking and reprogram your belief system. We’ll design a roadmap that includes realistic steps, daily routines, and disciplined actions to keep you on track. With this plan, you’ll have the tools to sustain long-term growth, transformation and victory!

1. Dating and Relationship Building for Singles:

We guide singles in building healthy, fulfilling relationships by helping them uncover their true selves, gain clarity about their desires, and develop the confidence to connect authentically. Our coaching focuses on self-awareness, communication skills, and understanding what you need/value in partnership to cultivate lasting love.

2. Spousal Coaching for Couples:

For couples looking to strengthen their bond, our spousal coaching provides tools and strategies to deepen emotional intimacy, improve communication, and resolve conflicts in a constructive way. We help partners understand each other’s needs and grow together, nurturing a harmonious and loving relationship.

3. Organizational Leadership and Culture:

In the workplace, strong connections lead to improved productivity and positive workplace culture. We work with leaders and teams to foster open communication, that creates a culture of trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. Our coaching supports leaders in building emotional intelligence, improving team dynamics, and cultivating a workplace environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

4. Youth and Family Coaching:

We help families improve connection through deepening communication, understanding, and mutual respect. Our youth coaching focuses on helping young people develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience- empowering them to navigate relationships with confidence. We have 3 programs. One for parents only, one for youth only, and one for both parents and youth together.

5. Church Congregations and Community:

We help church leaders and congregations build safe, Kingdom focused, and Christ centered community. Whether working with clergy on effective communication or vision casting with the congregation, we focus on enhancing spiritual growth, collaboration, conflict resolution and a sense of belonging and unity that is rooted in scripture- which allows for impact that extends beyond the church walls.
